This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed on the UBX Planner website and in connection with newsletter registration. Information relating to the future UBX Planner app will be updated before launch to reflect the services and data flows actually used.

Technically necessary processing
When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the web server in order to provide the website securely and reliably. This may include your IP address, time of access, requested resource, and browser and device information.
Consent and cookie settings
The website stores your choice regarding external services locally in your browser. This setting is necessary so that your decision can be respected on future visits. You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Non-essential external newsletter services are loaded only after your consent.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your first name, last name, email address, subject and message in order to handle your request. We use Brevo as the technical email service provider to deliver the contact request and the automatic confirmation email. The information may also be stored as a CRM contact in Brevo, but it is not used for newsletter purposes unless you subscribe to the newsletter separately. The contact form does not use Google reCAPTCHA; instead, spam protection uses an invisible honeypot, a minimum completion time, server-side checks and a temporary hash derived from the IP address to limit excessive requests.
Newsletter with Brevo
Voor de aanmelding en verzending van de nieuwsbrief gebruiken we Brevo. Als je externe diensten activeert en je inschrijft, worden je voornaam, achternaam, e-mailadres, toestemmingsgegevens en technisch noodzakelijke loggegevens aan Brevo doorgegeven en daar verwerkt voor het beheer en de verzending van de nieuwsbrief. Voor- en achternaam gebruiken we ook voor een persoonlijke aanspreking.
Newsletter registration uses a double opt-in process. After registering, you will receive an email containing a confirmation link. Your address is activated for the newsletter only after confirmation. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future, in particular via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email.
Service provider: Brevo (Brevo GmbH / Sendinblue), Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Further information about data processing by Brevo can be found in the provider’s privacy information.
Google reCAPTCHA v2
We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 to protect the newsletter form against automated submissions and spam. reCAPTCHA is loaded on this website only after you consent to external services. When it is loaded and used, your IP address, browser and device information, and information about your interaction with reCAPTCHA may be transmitted to Google.
The legal basis for loading reCAPTCHA on this website is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing by other Google companies and transfers to third countries cannot be ruled out.
Withdrawal and changing your choice
You can change your decision regarding external services at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If external services have already been loaded, the changed choice will take full effect no later than the next page reload.
Storage period
Personal data is generally stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Newsletter data is stored until you withdraw your consent or until it is deleted from the newsletter system, unless legal reasons require longer retention.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Note on the UBX Planner app
The app is still in development. Before release, the app privacy policy will be separately adapted to the functions, servers, mapping, AI and communication services actually used.
